Arno’s referral program is ideal for Realtors, Agents, and expert networkers who can refer investors to the nation's top private lender. Simply provide the contact information, and our sales team will handle the rest. You’ll earn a payment when your referrals close a loan.

  • You will earn a referral fee between 0.25% and 1.00% of the total loan amount (depending on loan size) for each client that funds due to your referral. Payments are made the month after the loan funds. For example, you will receive your payment in October if a loan closes in September. To be eligible for a referral fee, clients must be introduced before they apply.

  • Complete the form above and send a W-9 to your Arno Lending sales contact. Upon approval, you will be able to refer a client to your sales contact via email, call, or text.

  • We want to reward you for referring quality clients! Arno’s client referral program is our way of saying "thank you" for your partnership. This invite-only program identifies and selects industry leaders with clients seeking investment opportunities. We offer competitive products, including Single Family, Fix and Flip, Rental, 30-year fixed, and Multifamily loans. Enjoy quicker, easier opportunities to close more deals, and let us thank you for the leads you provide.

  • You can earn compensation for all new clients you refer to Arno Lending. A “new” client is one who has not submitted an application with Arno in the last 24 months or closed a loan with Arno before. Referral compensation is not available for personal deals or for deals involving any business entity in which you have or have had an ownership interest. Arno is committed to preserving referral relationships, but the referred client can request in writing to remove the referring party.

Disclosures

The Referring Party acknowledges that Arno Search Capital, LLC (hereinafter "Arno" or "Arno Lending") is a private money lender providing funding for non-owner-occupied mortgage loans for real estate investors.

The Referring Party is responsible for full compliance with the laws of the state in which they conduct business. They must provide prompt, accurate, and truthful disclosures to Arno and prospective clients. The Referring Party is an independent contractor and should not represent themselves as an agent, employee, or partner of Arno Lending. They confirm they are current on any active Arno loans and have informed Arno of any criminal convictions or pending civil/criminal actions. Failure to disclose such information will result in removal from Arno Lending's Client Referral Program and forfeiture of any outstanding fees.

The Referring Party must not submit deals on behalf of family members unless explicitly permitted by Arno. Family members may always apply through the standard retail channel. The Referring Party must disclose any interest in the transaction outside of their role as a Referring Party. Personal deals by the Referring Party will be priced at current retail rates. Arno reserves the right to remove a Referring Party from a deal for any reason, including at the client's request.

The Referring Party has no authority to solicit, bind, or commit Arno to any contract or transaction, and must not represent otherwise. Arno may accept or reject any mortgage loans submitted by the Referring Party at its sole discretion. Final loan approval is contingent upon satisfactory completion of Arno Lending’s underwriting process for both the borrower and the property. Arno may terminate or alter this agreement at any time, notifying the referral partner in writing. The referral partner may then choose to continue or terminate the relationship.
